Refund Policy

All goods are sent in perfect condition, but we do realise it is then in the hands of the delivery companies, so if there is an issue with your item and you wish to return it, you can do so within 7 working days, but you must contact John's Shop to inform us of the reason why.

 

If the item is damaged, we will pay for the postage so you can return the item. We will then either refund you for the damaged item, or send a new one.

 

If the item is not damaged and you wish to return it, you can do so, but at your own cost of postage and we will offer a full refund for the item.
